This note explains what happens to the details you give us on tera-tek.com.

What we collect

When you request a callback or buy support, we collect your name, contact details, company (if you give it) and the description of your problem. When you pay, we store the payment reference, amount and status.

Payments

Card details are entered on PayToday's secure payment page, operated with Nedbank Namibia. They never pass through or get stored on this website. We only receive whether the payment succeeded.

What we use it for

Only to reply to you, to do the work you asked for, and to keep our accounting records. We do not sell or share your details, and we do not send newsletters.

Cookies and tracking

This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Your theme choice (light or dark) is remembered in your own browser.

How long we keep it

Messages are kept as long as needed to help you. Payment records are kept as long as the law requires for accounting.
