Up to one hour of a technician's time over a remote connection, for one problem. If it is solved sooner, the price stays the same.
What if it takes longer than an hour?
The technician tells you before the hour is up. Extra time is invoiced, and you pay it online with the secure link we send you.
What do I need on my side?
A computer with internet, and permission to install TeamViewer or AnyDesk while the technician is on the call.
Can you come on site?
Yes, in Windhoek. Message us on WhatsApp and we will quote and schedule the visit.
